Retail Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Supervisor to lead our retail property management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key leadership role and contribute to the success of our business.
About the Role- This position involves overseeing daily activities to ensure optimal centre operations, implementing risk management programs to safeguard our centres and occupants, and supervising security and cleaning contractors to deliver high-quality services.
- You will also be responsible for managing maintenance schedules and budgets to optimize resource allocation, coordinating tenancy fit-outs and landlord works to meet client needs, and providing exceptional customer service to exceed client expectations.
- Centre Operations: Oversee daily activities to ensure optimal centre operations, including managing maintenance schedules and budgets, supervising security and cleaning contractors, and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety legislation.
- Risk Management: Implement and manage risk management programs to safeguard our centres and occupants, including identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to exceed client expectations, including responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail property management, preferably with trade qualifications (Mechanical/Electrical).
- Proven experience in supervising building services and contractors to ensure effective delivery.
- Excellent financial acumen and budgeting skills to drive business growth.
- Strong written and oral communication abilities to engage with stakeholders.
