Electrical Maintenance Leadership Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the electrical maintenance and repair activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of electricians and coordinate maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Lead Electrical Team Members: Develop and implement effective team management strategies to ensure efficient completion of tasks and projects.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Technical Guidance and Training: Provide expert guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to electrical safety regulations and standards by conducting regular inspections and implementing necessary measures.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and issues.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrical systems and maintenance technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current A-Grade Electrical License: Hold a current A-grade electrical license and demonstrate strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Industrial Electrician Experience: Possess at least 3-5 years of industrial electrician experience, with a strong background in electrical systems and maintenance.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to supervise and manage a team of electricians, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving and Judgment: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and judgment skills, with the ability to interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
