Part-Time Bookkeeper Opportunity

This flexible, remote part-time Bookkeeper role offers a permanent contract and an opportunity to work from home.

You will be working alongside two other staff members, providing bookkeeping services to clients using Xero as the accounting software. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Managing accounts payable/receivable
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payroll processing, including STP, PAYG, and superannuation reconciliations.
  • Monthly/quarterly reporting.
  • Assisting in the preparation of BAS/IAS.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bookkeeping/Accounting qualification or willingness to commence studies (Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or higher)
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • Clear and refined communication skills both verbally and written.
