About this role

You will play a critical part in protecting our organization against financial threats.

As a specialist in AML and Data Analysis, you will be at the forefront of detecting and mitigating risks across Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism Financing, Transaction Monitoring, Politically Exposed Persons, and Sanctions Screening.

Your analytical expertise will help uncover financial irregularities and drive strategic insights that strengthen our compliance and operational resilience.

In this role, you will manage a dynamic pipeline of projects, lead the development and refinement of detection scenarios, and collaborate with operational, risk, and technology teams.

You will also support the enhancement of financial crime detection systems and contribute to data governance and technical mapping processes.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical thinker with experience in financial crime, data analytics, or project management.

A relevant degree in Data Science, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with confidence working with tools like SQL, R, Python, Power BI, and Databricks.

Strong communication skills are essential for collaboration across teams, and experience with financial crime detection systems is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Confidence working with tools like SQL, R, Python, Power BI, and Databricks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Desirable: experience with financial crime detection systems, ACAMS certification
