
Part-Time Financial Support Specialist

This role involves providing essential financial support across accounts, budgeting, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial administration and technical skills in Excel, as well as the ability to navigate financial analysis and build dynamic models.
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable: Process supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Expense Management: Manage company expenses and prepare financial reports for management.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Assist with budget preparation and track performance against budget.
- Financial Analysis & Support: Provide insights into financial performance and monitor cash flow.
- Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
The successful candidate will be a reliable and detail-focused individual who can work part-time (2 x 5 hour days per week) and is committed to delivering high-quality financial support.
Key Responsibilities: Provide financial support, manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial reports, assist with budget preparation, provide financial analysis and support, maintain financial records, and perform other related duties as required.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Finance Administrator, high competency in financial analysis and Excel modelling, strong knowledge of invoicing, AP/AR, reconciliation, and reporting, proficiency with Xero, understanding of budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting, excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all financial work.
