About the Role

The Senior Treasury Analyst - Funding and Analytics position at Pepper Financial Services Group is a key role in managing warehouse liquidity, analysing data, and producing reports. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of warehouse structures and relevant transaction documents, and will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring warehouse triggers proactively to ensure sufficient funding is available to support the lending business across all asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse liquidity and analyse data to produce reports
  • Review and monitor warehouse triggers to ensure sufficient funding
  • Assist in funding forecast and modelling
  • Undertake projects to drive automation and improve efficiency
  • Prepare and review accurate reporting packs for distribution internally and externally
  • Monitor cash position in warehouse accounts and forecast funding requirements
  • Review processes and controls to identify risks and ensure mitigation
  • Work with various teams to facilitate automation of reports and tasks

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in a Treasury role and a degree in Finance, accounting or equivalent
  • Good understanding of treasury functions and securitisation
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with intermediate experience in Alteryx, Tableau or SQL
  • Demonstrated experience in analysing large data sets and modelling
  • Great attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
