At Sikorsky Australia, we are seeking a highly skilled ACS Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Garden Island, NSW.

The successful candidate will provide logistics support services for the upkeep, update, and upgrade of the Aegis Combat System, leveraging their expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning and/or Material Requirement Planning and/or Inventory Management Systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on advanced naval technology and contribute to the management of the Aegis Combat System inventory in accordance with the Electronic Supply Chain Manual, DEFLOGMAN, and FMS policies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the customer utilizing MILIS and/or SAP for inventory management, warehousing, and distribution and supply chain coordination activities.
  • Ensuring Supply Support liaison is current with all key stakeholders for logistics activities for all FMS equipment, including prioritizing, tracking, and delivery of FMS material.
  • Contributing to the management of the Aegis Combat System inventory in accordance with the Electronic Supply Chain Manual, DEFLOGMAN, and FMS policies.
  • Ensuring and overseeing the tracking and delivery of the DDG FMS Aegis Combat System assets, resolving logistics problems, and providing associated correspondence and documentation.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Substantial experience with Enterprise Resource Planning and/or Material Requirement Planning and/or Inventory Management Systems.
  • Substantial experience liaising with service contractors and service providers.
  • Significant experience in MILIS or SAP.
  • An Australian Baseline security clearance and ability to access/handle Export Controlled technology, data, and information.
