This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and empathetic individual to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. You will be responsible for managing early arrears portfolios, conducting skip tracing, and making suitable arrangements with customers as per our credit policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage early arrears portfolios end to end, focusing on secured and unsecured loans
  • Conduct early stage skip tracing, as required
  • Make suitable arrangements with customers, adhering to our credit policy
  • Monitor financial hardship, variations, bankruptcies, and defaults register
  • Respond to inbound collections queries
  • Follow up on broken payment arrangements and renegotiate new arrangements
  • Provide customers with solutions to their queries

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and powers of persuasion
  • Superb organizational and attention to detail
