The Role

You will be a key part of our team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience during the seasonal period. Your focus will be on customer satisfaction through product knowledge, customer service, and offering solutions.

You will also help maintain a neat, organized shopfloor, set up for promotions and sales, and ensure the store is stocked with the latest products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing a superior customer experience for each visitor.
  • Ensuring the store is open and ready for shoppers.
  • Managing stock movement, optimizing sales, and maintaining shopfloor tidiness.
  • Supporting presentation standards.
  • Demonstrating strong product knowledge and describing features and benefits.
  • Assisting customers in locating products based on their needs.
  • Supporting the store team with assigned tasks.
  • Reporting safety hazards immediately to management.
Requirements
  • Previous customer-service experience is desirable.
  • A strong focus on outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and personable approach to store operations and customer interactions.
