The role

As a Seasonal Retail Team Member, you will be a key part of our team, responsible for delivering an exceptional experience during the seasonal Christmas period. Your focus will be on customer satisfaction through product knowledge, customer service, and offering solutions. You will also help maintain a neat, organized shopfloor, set up for promotions and sales, and ensure the store is stocked with the latest products.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing a superior customer experience for each store visitor.
  • Ensuring the store is open and ready for shoppers.
  • Managing stock movement, optimizing sales, and maintaining shopfloor tidiness.
  • Supporting store presentation standards.
  • Demonstrating strong product knowledge and describing features and benefits.
  • Assisting customers in locating products based on their needs.
  • Supporting the store team with assigned tasks.
  • Reporting safety hazards immediately to management.

  • Previous customer-service experience is desirable.
  • A strong focus on outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and personable approach to store operations and customer interactions.
