Job Role

As a key member of our seasonal retail team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service during the peak period. Your focus will be on product knowledge, customer interactions, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. You will also contribute to maintaining a well-organized shop floor, setting up promotional displays, and ensuring the store is stocked with the latest products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer experiences for each store visitor.
  • Evaluate the store's presentation and suggest improvements to optimize the shopping environment.
  • Manage stock movement, maximize sales opportunities, and maintain a tidy shop floor.
  • Support store standards and uphold high levels of quality.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and describe features and benefits to customers.
  • Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs, offering personalized recommendations where possible.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Report any safety hazards or concerns to management promptly.
