
Office Administrator

We are a rapidly growing business seeking an experienced administration professional to support our daily operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/accounts receivable, and payroll management.
A strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Xero is essential, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing financial transactions and reconciliations
- Preparing and lodging tax returns and other regulatory documents
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills and experience with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and experience with Xero accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
