Technical Leadership Role:

As a Technical Test Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing test strategies and plans based on project requirements.

Key responsibilities include leading test execution, defect management, and the implementation and maintenance of an automation framework using Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, and other relevant tools.

You will also contribute to creating solutions and approaches for proposals on QA for our customers.

The ideal candidate has at least 6-10 years of experience in Information Technology, a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required, and tertiary qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.

Strong experience in UI, API Automation, Mobile applications Automation, BDD (Behavior Driven Development), scripting/development experience, code coverage tools, build automation tools, CI/CD tools, code version controlling tools, and project management tools are necessary.

Additionally, the ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience managing and building effective working relationships at all levels of an organization, strong communication skills, and stakeholder management.
