Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Lead to spearhead our test automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital automation using Selenium and banking experience, with a strong understanding of the industry requirements.

About the Role:

This leadership role requires someone who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, prioritize and track multiple tasks, and develop and maintain automated test suites. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during the testing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead test automation initiatives to drive quality and efficiency in our software services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites to reduce testing time and improve accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that impact testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in test automation leadership roles.
  • Expertise in Selenium and related technologies is essential for this position.
  • A strong understanding of banking industry requirements and regulations is also required.
