Senior Test Automation Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide test automation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine opportunities for enhancement in automation coverage and efficiency
  • Collaborate with software developers, quality assurance analysts, and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines
  • Work closely with product owners, delivery managers, and engineering leads to ensure alignment between testing strategies and automation initiatives with business priorities and objectives
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of senior test automation engineers within a centre of excellence and across agile squads

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' experience in test automation, as well as people leadership skills. Strong stakeholder management is also essential. You should have hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright) and programming languages (Java, Python). Additionally, knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Azure services is desirable. Proficiency in test management tools and software methodologies is also required.
