Job Description

The Investigations and Disciplinary Administrator plays a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of ethical and professional behavior of IPA members.

This fixed-term contract position ensures that IPA maintains its reputation for integrity by handling complaints management, disciplinary processes, and regulatory reporting effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complaints from inception to resolution, ensuring compliance with IPA's code of ethics and professional standards.

  • Conduct initial assessments to determine complaint validity
  • Liaise with complainants and members to gather additional information
  • Manage investigation of complaints, maintaining accurate records and preparing detailed reports
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  1. Strong analytical skills to critically assess and analyze complaints and evidence
  2. Understanding of professional regulation or disciplinary frameworks, preferably in accountancy
  3. High level of discretion and professionalism, with excellent communication and report writing skills
