The PositionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Despatch Officer to join our team on a fixed-term contract until Mid-April 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing consignment notes, booking and arranging transport for regional and interstate deliveries, and printing labels and organizing the despatch of labels and documentation to external warehouses.
About YouWe are looking for an exceptional individual with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, and experience in transport, shipping, warehousing, manufacturing, or similar logistics roles. The ideal candidate will be confident in liaising with a variety of people, able to prioritize and manage their time effectively, and computer literate with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
