About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Linesperson to join our Southern Region Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to our depots across the region, ensuring the safe and reliable delivery of electricity to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel across the Southern Region to provide support to depots experiencing resourcing gaps
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to deliver electricity services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of our team's skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Trade qualification as an Electrical Linesperson or Live Line Linesperson
  • Queensland Electrical Licensing Board Certificate of Competency
  • Demonstrated knowledge of electricity distribution and transmission systems
  • Working knowledge of relevant statutory acts and regulations
  • Availability for call-out and emergency work
  • Willingness to travel and work away from home regularly
