We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting & Finance Officer to join our team at Vantage Point Roofing. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the processing of our business' primary accounting information, ensuring the smooth operation of our business accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the processing of business accounting information, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and various statements in MYOB.
- Day-to-day transactions, including credit card data, bank account data, and debt collection.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
- Minimum 1 year of accounts experience, with a qualification in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or similar.
- Strong decision-making, creative problem-solving skills, and high-level communication skills.
- Prioritization and organizational skills, including meeting deadlines and maintaining scheduled tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting packages, such as MYOB.
- A competitive salary of $100,000 plus superannuation.
