The OpportunityWe are seeking a Management Consultant with expertise in change management to join our Advisory team in Canberra. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through organisational transformations, ensuring seamless transitions, and maximising the benefits of change initiatives.

What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a curious and agile individual with a positive attitude and a tenacious approach to making things happen. You will be an expert in change management, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. You will be able to identify and remove barriers, enabling teams to fulfil goals and deliver results.
You will also be able to lead and support the effective acceptance of large change programs in complex environments, and will have proven skills in working closely with clients to analyse business operations and requirements to provide solutions to design, development, and implement new or improved ways of working.
What's EssentialGiven the nature of our client industries and projects, it is mandatory that you will be able to obtain a current Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) security clearance at Baseline level or higher for which you will require Australian citizenship.
