About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Manager to join our team at Seven Consulting. As a Senior Change Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality change management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead change management services on complex programs, including scoping, resourcing, and executing plans.
  • Analyse client businesses to understand the impact of change and propose solutions to reduce unfavourable impacts.
  • Meet and present to executive stakeholders, preparing business documents and slides.
  • Propose strategic tactics to manage organisational changes and execute on plans.
  • Evaluate and measure the success of change interventions.
Requirements
  • 6-9 years of experience in Change Management roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desire and ability to contribute to the Change Management Practice and mentor junior team members.
