
Customer Experience Ambassador

As a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will be responsible for:
- Anticipating and responding to guest queries with efficiency and friendliness.
- Accurately and efficiently processing daily guest transactions and accounts.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure that hotel rooms are properly prepared for arriving guests.
Our ideal candidate will possess previous customer service experience, particularly in a hotel environment. You should also have a logical approach to resolving concerns, as well as an empathetic ability to anticipate guests' needs.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience (hotel experience an advantage)
- Logical approach to resolving concerns
- Empathetic ability to anticipate guests' needs
- Proficient in computer applications (Opera PMS an advantage)
- Manual driver's licence
- Familiarity with Newcastle and the wider Hunter region
- 'Can-do' approach to duties
