As a Team Member, you will be part of a dedicated team that delivers top-notch customer service. Your responsibilities will include serving customers, rotating between prep, cooking, serving, and hosting, while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and handling
- Desire to learn and develop new skills
- Gain nationally accredited traineeships leading to Cert II or III in Hospitality
- Receive free Responsible Service of Alcohol training for job readiness
- Traineeship can count towards senior certificate/ATAR through VET credits
- Flexible shifts fitting around university, school, or social life
- Supportive managers helping develop lifelong skills
- Welcoming workplace promoting unique contributions
- Serve up good times and exceptional customer service
- Rotate between tasks like a true team player
