Customer Service Representative

This is a customer-facing role where you will be required to handle a diverse range of inbound calls, providing support to customers and servicing their needs.

You may also be required to handle and resolve customer complaints and support vulnerable customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing an outstanding customer service for all customers using excellent listening and relationship-building skills
  • Educating customers on the full range of products and services we offer and continuing the growth of our new sales and retention business
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within our systems

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Customer Service within a call centre environment. However, transferable skillsets within an applicable customer service environment are equally valued. Proficiency in written and verbal communication, listening and empathic skills, and resilience in handling various complex challenges is essential.
