Service Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Coordinator to join our team in the Aged Care sector. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating services for clients.

This role requires strong communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external service providers. You will maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring all client interactions are handled professionally and within service level agreements.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in customer service, administration, or coordination, with a proven track record of exceeding client expectations. You will also have a qualification or formalised training in Customer Service, Business Administration, or equivalent, or a minimum of 3 years' experience in a high volume incoming phone contact role or related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients, service providers, and internal teams to coordinate and confirm services for clients
  • Maintain client expectations by providing efficient responses to all enquiries via phone, email, and online portals
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with policies and quality standards
  • Ensure all client interactions are handled professionally and within service level agreements
Requirements:
  • Qualification or formalised training in Customer Service, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • In the absence of a completed qualification, a minimum of 3 years' experience in a high volume incoming phone contact role or related field with a proven track record of exceeding client expectations
