Administrative Coordinator for Aged Care Services

About the Role

This administrative position will provide support and resolve client requests in a timely manner. Close collaboration with clients, service providers, and internal teams is essential to ensure effective responses to inquiries and service needs.

The role requires supporting the hours of operation across NSW. Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with clients, service providers and internal teams to coordinate and confirm services for clients
  • Maintaining client expectations by providing efficient responses to all enquiries via phone, email and online portals
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with our policies
  • Ensuring all client interactions are handled professionally and within agreed service level agreements
  • Identifying and escalating client risk, health & wellbeing matters according to our processes and quality standards

To be successful in this role, you must have full Australian working rights and current Police & Working With Children Checks.

Key Skills:

  • Qualification or training in Customer Service, Business Administration or equivalent
  • In the absence of formal qualifications, a minimum of 3 years' experience in high volume incoming contact roles or related fields with a proven track record of exceeding client expectations
