Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing budget plans to ensure optimal spend allocation across our brands.
  • Analyze marketing return on investment (MROI) to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Own and maintain our Media Mix Modelling (MMM) tool to optimize marketing spend allocation by brand, product, geographic area, and media channel.
  • Provide post-analysis support for marketing campaigns across various channels, including TV, radio, digital, direct mail, and in-store BTL.
  • Build and maintain marketing reporting rhythms to support the marketing team and wider consumer team.
Requirements:
  • Strategic thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering in large-scale complex organizations.
