Role Description

The Anchorage Hotel & Spa is a haven of laid-back luxury on the shores of Port Stephens, offering intuitive service and bespoke experiences from our dining venue to our bars. Our bright all-day diner serves a range of delicious meals; our bars feature fine whiskies, cocktails and wines; our poolside bar offers refreshing drinks and light nibbles.

Duties

We are seeking multiple casual Food Attendants and Pool Attendants to join our inclusive team and help provide memorable experiences for guests. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
  • Set up and clear tables in line with bookings and customer requests
  • Break down and clean the dining area
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages
  • Provide full table service
  • Facilitate room service, taking orders and delivery
  • Follow RSA government legislation requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house areas
Required Skills and Qualifications

You are polished, personable and attentive to detail. Your ability to anticipate guest needs, manage multiple priorities and communicate with confidence ensures an exceptional guest journey. Previous hospitality experience is desirable, but the right attitude and attention to detail are most important.

This role operates across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. Certifications Required: Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
