You will work closely with your team to provide efficient and seamless service, taking orders accurately, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the menu, and collaborating with the kitchen to meet guests' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu and current promotions
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with your team to provide efficient and seamless service
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining area

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a high-end restaurant with the ability to articulate flavor profiles and recommend beverage pairings
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service and creating lasting connections with guests
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours
  • Current NSW RSA card (or interim certificate)
