As a Food & Beverage Attendant in one of our signature dining restaurants, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that the first and last impression is memorable.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with our guests by providing a world-class experience to our local, interstate, and international guests.

Sokyo - Awarded and maintained One Hat Restaurant for 9 years running Sleek, electric atmosphere, where ritual meets art in every dish and every detail.

Cucina Porto - Enjoy authentic, honest Italian food with a touch of old-world hospitality and charm. Perfect for aperitivo hour or celebrating a special occasion.

A few of your responsibilities :

• Take orders accurately and efficiently, and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue's menu and current promotions, including ingredients and preparation methods
• Anticipate guests' needs to understand their preferences and provide personalized service and recommendations
• Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, and dietary needs to the kitchen
• Collaborate with your team to provide efficient and seamless service
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining area

What we are looking for :

• Experience working in a high-end restaurant with the ability to articulate flavor profiles and recommend beverage pairings
• Passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours
• Current NSW RSA card (or interim certificate)
