This is a unique chance to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of leadership across an enterprise. As a Leadership Development Lead, you will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences for leaders. You will be working within a design team, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to co-create learning experiences that are innovative, human-centred, and strategically aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in leadership development, organisational learning, or talent development, with a strong foundation in designing impactful learning solutions. They will also have proven experience partnering with leaders and stakeholders in dynamic environments to deliver relevant and responsive development initiatives. The successful candidate will be able to translate complex capability needs into engaging, scalable learning experiences that drive meaningful impact.

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position that requires a creative and strategic learning designer with a passion for developing leadership capability. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong ability to communicate and influence effectively. They will also have a deep understanding of leadership theory, adult development, and experience design, with the ability to translate insights into practical application.
