Design Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Design Manager to lead our design team and drive world-class design.

  • Manage daily operations, delivery, and enablement of a product design area comprising 3-5 designers.
  • Lead user experience for a product group in partnership with product managers, engineers, and design leadership.
  • Oversee team performance, workload, and career development, ensuring designers thrive in a supportive environment.

About You:

  • 2-5 years of experience managing a team of designers.
  • Passion for identifying and solving user problems.
  • Strategic thinking and mental flexibility in fast-paced environments.
  • Able to measure and articulate the value of design within the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, relationship building, and stakeholder management.

Key Qualities: Curiosity, willingness to lean into complex domains, self-starter, initiative, and good people management skills.
