The role of the Associate Director, Capital Structuring Chief Operating Office, is pivotal in driving growth and delivering optimal outcomes.

The Chief Operating Office (COO) team supports the development of the Capital Structuring strategy, Annual Operating Plan and Key Performance Indicator framework.

The COO team represents Capital Structuring on key Group & IB&M initiatives, manages the Transaction Governance Forums, drives the Customer Breakpoint program, and supports operating expense management.

As an Associate Director, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and support the implementation of the strategy.

You will be responsible for developing and optimizing business systems and processes, creating collateral for governance and training purposes, and investigating root causes of complexity and manual processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a passion for driving meaningful change and improving customer experiences.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable team player with a strong understanding of Institutional Lending products, processes, and systems.

Intermediate Excel, data analysis, Tableau, and/or Sharepoint skills are desirable.
