**About the Role:**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our capital structuring and advisory efforts, driving strategic growth initiatives and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Capital Advisory:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored financing solutions, leveraging expertise in capital markets, lending, and mergers & acquisitions.
  • Provide in-depth capital structuring advice, debt sizing analysis, and funding ideas for strategic events, such as M&A, refinancing, and investments.
  • Develop innovative funding structures using a range of instruments, identifying creative value-added solutions that deepen client relationships and drive cross-selling opportunities.
Capital Markets Expertise:
  • Originate and pitch loan syndication opportunities, working closely with coverage bankers and lending teams to identify potential clients.
  • Manage syndication and distribution processes, including term sheet preparation, documentation, and execution.
  • Coordinate with global capital markets teams to identify and execute DCM/bond opportunities for clients, providing market intelligence on loan pricing and conditions.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate & institutional banking, with a proven track record in credit analysis, relationship management, capital structuring, and capital markets/loan syndications.
  • Commercially astute with a strong understanding of investor behavior, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead transactions with integrity and professionalism, demonstrating a passion for capital markets and commitment to excellence in execution.
