We are seeking a seasoned leader to propel our teams towards unprecedented success. With 12 months of remarkable growth, we're looking for an individual with exceptional leadership skills to drive our network forward.

Our network is Australia's leading Caravan and RV repair provider, employing over 80 staff across 7 locations from Adelaide to Rockhampton. We collaborate closely with insurance partners and major caravan brands.

The Role:

You will oversee the operational management of our network, ensuring seamless daily business activities, evaluating performance, and driving strategic objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing performance in all areas of the business and developing a strong management team that meets quality and safety standards
- Ensuring industry-leading standards are achieved and identifying solutions to enhance efficiency and growth
- Building and managing relationships with key suppliers and work providers
- Monitoring daily operations, schedules, and production to minimize costs and prevent delays
- Resolving problems within the management team and guiding site-level managers to resolve issues effectively
- Tracking quality assurance and best practice repair methodologies
- Leading and mentoring the team to ensure safety management, quality compliance, and resource efficiency
- Delivering exceptional service to customers, insurance partners, and manufacturers

Selection Criteria:

- Proven experience in Operations Management within an SME company
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of leading teams to achieve KPIs
- Excellent interpersonal skills with advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in training, mentoring, and managing businesses
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across various facets of business
- Insurance Claims knowledge desirable
