We are currently looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to lead our Coomera team in a brand-new clinic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of therapists and cosmetic injectors to achieve business objectives and ensure the smooth running of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of professionals to meet financial targets
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including administrative tasks and customer service
  • Lead by example and motivate your team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • A strong background in sales and meeting performance metrics
  • Experience in managing staff, setting goals, and motivating teams to achieve results
  • The ability to offer high-level customer service and retail sales to a large volume of clients
