Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional clinical leadership within our Surgical Department.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to provide safety and quality to patients, as well as work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, focusing on safety and quality.
  • Work effectively within the surgical department, utilizing sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Identify and address any operational or service issues impacting patient care.
Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA.
  • At least three years of surgical/acute medical and rehabilitation experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Able to show initiative and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong clinical leadership and communication skills.
  • Sound critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
