About Our Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to lead our team of educators and support staff across multiple centres. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our services, ensuring high-quality education and care is provided to children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Develop and implement operational programs, systems, and processes to ensure smooth centre operations.
  • Guide and support staff in professional growth, performance, and achievement of individual goals.
  • Manage budgets, reporting, audits, and liaise with regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain safe, welcoming environments for children, families, staff, and visitors, supporting WH&S policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent); Diploma-qualified applicants will also be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years teaching experience in early childhood education.
  • Proven multisite management experience overseeing 5 or more centres.
  • Full driver's license.
  • Current National Police Check (issued within the last 6 months).
  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for inspiring educators and children.
  • Strong business acumen and operational leadership skills.
  • Genuine commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences and care.
  • Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
