Job Title

A dynamic leader is required to oversee all Food Service & Convenience operations in NSW/ACT, focusing on customer experience, operational excellence, commercial performance, compliance, and high-performing teams.

About the Role
  • Lead regional teams across warehousing, delivery, and retail operations.
  • Translate national strategies into regional execution plans aligned with business goals.
  • Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and commercial results.
  • Manage the regional profit loss statement, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver strategic initiatives and service innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Identify growth opportunities, streamline operations, and improve service delivery.
Requirements
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial performance expertise.
  • 10+ years of leadership in retail operations, supply chain, or wholesale environments.
  • Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership skills.
  • Experience driving growth initiatives, transformation programs, and continuous improvement.
  • Sound knowledge of WHS, HACCP, Chain of Responsibility, and people leadership frameworks.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (master's desirable).
  • Agile, adaptable leadership style suited to fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
