Job Overview

This pivotal leadership role will spearhead a dynamic team of quality assurance, project commercialization, and regulatory affairs professionals. The successful candidate will drive the commercialization of innovation, new products, and changes to existing products, ensuring compliance with stringent internal and external standards.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading high-performing teams, utilizing global-based quality contacts and frameworks to deliver products that meet quality and regulatory requirements. They will also address customer and consumer complaints, manage product-related quality escalations, and oversee planning, managing, and participating in pre- and post-commercialization quality engineering/auditing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercialization Leadership: Drive the commercialization of innovation, new products, and changes to existing products, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Quality Management: Lead high-performing teams, utilizing global-based quality contacts and frameworks to deliver products that meet quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service: Address customer and consumer complaints, provide root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Quality Escalations: Manage product-related quality escalations, providing guidance on implications and corrective actions.
  • Quality Engineering: Oversee planning, managing, and participating in pre- and post-commercialization quality engineering/auditing activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or above in Science, Chemical, Engineering, or related majors.
  • 5-10 years working experience in Quality, Technical Services, and/or Regulations fields with proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with process and technical management requirements of packaging, cosmetics, household chemicals & project management.
  • Familiarity with basic quality tools, such as FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, AQL, Sample Size & Confidence Interval, DOE, SQA auditing, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, able to summarize and articulate technical information to diverse audiences both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills with ability to bring projects to final conclusion.
