Commercial Product Manager

Lead, drive and launch digital product innovation as Seven Network's newCommercial Product Manager

The Opportunity:

As Commercial Product Manager, you'll be the lead for digital product innovation, development, maintenance and delivery across 7plus and 7NEWS.com.au, working closely with product and commercial teams to develop, launch and maintain new products including those within the premium suite of '7Shop'.

Based at our head office in Eveleigh, Sydneyand reporting to the Head of Commercial Product, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Sales team as the in-market lead across Premium Ads, eCommerce, and new products. You'll drive GTM strategy, sales enablement, and pitch support that makes things happen.
• Owning the digital ad product roadmap through collaboration with Product Solutions and AdTech teams to accelerate and adopt initiatives that drive 7digital annual product and revenue plan.
• Managing a talented team, building powerful external partnerships, and representing Commercial across the business as a trusted advisor.
• Conducting market analysis and competitive intel to drive strategy, newmarket opportunities and turn insights into action.
• Empowering the team with impactful training and hands-on support by sharpening their skills, boosting confidence and sharing best practices.

About You:

You're confident, a natural negotiator, and thrive on building strong relationships with stakeholders. Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy, you always follow through. You embrace change as an opportunity to improve and adapt. You think critically, manage projects and time with ease, and approach problems with a proactive mindset.

You will have:

• Sharp commercial acumen with digital product development experience and solid backgroundin digital, TV, BVOD, and media sales or agency.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft 365/MS Office Suite skills with knowledge of digital products and the digital landscape.
• Proven track record in leading and inspiring teams to success.
