**The Opportunity**
Looking to get out of agency and into internal recruitment? Ready for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This is a diverse role working as part of a small team and reporting directly to our Head of Retail.

**What you can expect as a Talent Acquisition Manager with us**:

- Attract and source talent to e&s using relevant methods
- Onboarding program development and management.
- Create, plan, manage and co-ordinate the induction journey from start date to end of phase one of induction.
- Communication of recruitment and on-boarding via a regular business communication tool.
- Build capability in recruitment skills across the organisation:

- Drive top line sales by recruiting open vacancies to ensure the business is operating with optimal talent resources in place

**Here’s what we’re looking for**:

- Experience in end-to-end talent acquisition involving recruitment of a high-volume frontline workforce.
- Experience using an ATS to effectively manage recruitment workflow and report on recruitment metrics.
- Experience planning, coordinating and delivering an on-boarding program across multiple organisational functions.
