Enterprise Account Executive Education

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth by empowering Higher Education customers across VIC, NSW and ACT. As an Enterprise Account Executive - Education, you will formulate and implement a sales strategy to drive outcomes for students, staff and faculty, and support achievement of their mission with one integrated platform.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of sophisticated software sales experience, including engaging and selling into the C-suite and Directors and all LOBs. Consistent achievement of year over year quota attainment of $1M - $1.5M USD revenue is expected. Outstanding intuition for business, organisation, tenacity and communication skills - both verbal and written - are essential. Strategic account planning, ability to build and present executive-level slide decks, and partnership with virtual and extended teams are also key requirements.

You will be responsible for building and driving revenue within Enterprise Higher Education Institutions, generating business opportunities through prospecting and cold-calling as well as up-selling and cross-selling into existing accounts. Solution selling to identify customer needs and business potential to build strategic, long-term partnerships is crucial. You will partner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise, including Marketing, Industry Advisors, Alliances, Solution Engineering and Customer Success Management. Meeting and exceeding growth expectations of your territory is expected.

A strong understanding of selling into education and a passion for this sector is highly valued. Ability to lead sophisticated commercial processes and negotiate deal closure with legal and sales operations teams is essential.
