Leadership Opportunity in Higher Education

 

As a senior professional, you will lead the growth and delivery of higher education programs, including the Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Health Care. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum strategies that meet industry needs and promote academic excellence.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant standards and regulations, ensuring high-quality educational experiences for students.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with academic boards, industry partners, and advisory committees to inform program development.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and evaluate courses, focusing on student outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Drive the creation of new courses and micro-credentialing initiatives that align with workforce needs and advance organizational goals.
  • Oversee academic systems, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), teaching resources, and compliance reporting.
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration is essential for this role.
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
  • Experience in academic leadership or course coordination, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Proven track record of success in blended/online delivery, curriculum development, and team leadership.
  • Exceptional communication, digital literacy, and project management skills are necessary for success in this role.
