Industry Advisor Job Description

This role supports the Higher Education business in APAC, with a focus on building industry credibility, growing sales pipeline and engaging with customers to increase revenue.

  • Craft an action plan to support ACV & pipeline growth through Go-to-Market strategy implementation
  • Develop and run industry packages by working with internal teams to build faster GTM approach with customers
  • Lead customer presentations to key decision makers and provide demand generation support
  • Provide industry credibility and references in sales pursuits
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to support and promote adoption of industry strategy amongst key GTM internal stakeholders

About You

  • Deep understanding of higher education business processes and challenges
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ambitious approach with ability to solve new challenges and responsibilities
  • Build External Profile: Build credibility within the organization, challenge previous processes and content and lead change

Basic Qualifications (must have experience):

  • 15+ years experience working in the Higher Education Sector (Universities)
  • 10 + years of experience delivering tech transformations in a matrixed organization or cross functional environment
  • Extensive experience / knowledge in Student Systems
