Job Description

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in data science or advanced analytics roles, with a strong focus on machine learning, predictive modelling, and statistical analysis. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging advanced data science techniques like predictive modelling, machine learning, and statistical analysis to drive customer engagement and marketing performance.">
  • Developing and scaling mixed media models to assess marketing impact and optimize media allocation.">
  • Managing and optimising codebases for scalable model development.">
  • Fine-tuning algorithms, refreshing data, and incorporating new sources to monitor and optimise model performance.">
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, Loyalty, and Marketing, to deliver and scale data science solutions.">
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.">

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in data science or advanced analytics roles, with a strong focus on machine learning, predictive modelling, and statistical analysis.">
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL, with hands-on experience in building and deploying models in cloud-based environments.">
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI for communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.">
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver and scale data science solutions.">
  • Strong understanding of code management, including version control systems like Git.">
