The Manager Service Capability and Performance role plays a pivotal part in driving improvements in service delivery to Health Ministers.
This position focuses on leading initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes, identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions, and overseeing capacity-building initiatives.
The role is responsible for leading the uplift in government business capability across NSW Health through development and deployment of guidelines, training, and templates.
Additionally, this position involves influencing design and championing the implementation of new systems and processes to ensure consistent standards of practice.
The successful candidate will lead the consolidation, improvement, and streamlining of technology systems used across Executive and Ministerial Services.
Furthermore, this position requires leading efficiency and business process improvement through approaches that support the work of Executive and Ministerial Services.
Key responsibilities also include fostering a client-focused mindset across the branch and implementing quality assurance measures and protocols.
A strong relationship builder, this position requires the ability to negotiate with senior executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders to achieve consensus and service improvements.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
Requirements- Influence and Stakeholder Engagement: Proven experience building relationships and negotiating with senior executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Salary: Crown Clerk 11/12, starting from $149,739 - $173,174 plus Superannuation and annual leave loading.
