Disability Employment Consultant

As a Disability Employment Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with disabilities become work-ready and find sustainable employment. You will work closely with job seekers, employers, and community organizations to identify employment opportunities and provide support services to help individuals achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source employment opportunities for job seekers
- Help job seekers identify their skills and abilities and secure employment
- Deliver outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers
- Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and other support services
- Build relationships with local employers and community organizations
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Able to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
