Job Title: Employer Engagement Consultant

atWork Australia - Workforce Australia is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Employer Engagement Consultant to join our team. As an Employer Engagement Consultant, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with employers, identifying employment opportunities for our clients, and providing tailored support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a network of employer contacts to secure employment opportunities for our clients
  • Manage a small caseload of clients, providing advocacy and support to help them achieve their employment goals
  • Provide information about atWork Australia's services and connect clients with relevant resources
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for our clients

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment and achieve positive results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employers and clients
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Well-developed administration skills, with experience using various databases
