About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Leader to join our team in Northern Tasmania. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of support professionals and delivering high-quality services to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of support professionals to ensure delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
  • Conduct regular observations and provide feedback to support professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as relevant legislation and regulations.
Requirements
  • Relevant industry qualification and/or experience in leading and supervising a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
